Sam McCloud (Dennis Weaver) was an early TV Detective.... who used to ride a horse through the city.. always had a Cowboy hat on.. and was real 'folksy'.. like Hollywood likes to make all characters from Texas or the South....and that was one of his sayings.......

What's the rush about the clothes? It's not as if she is going to meet no one at Angelos.
