Roast chicken with rice pilaf, fresh green beans, and carrots for dinner. Even had salad to start it off.

made some pork chops on the grill last night.. marinated them in a mixture of honey, soy sauce, Catalina dressing and Greek Seasoning for a few hours.. Had extra sauce that I had culled off before the pork went in, and used it as a sauce that I basted on whilst grilling over a low heat... corn on the cob, and cornbread (boxed) stuffing.. Yum Yum!

This afternoon, I took the GE 18 QT Electric Roaster down from it's perch... and threw in 4 cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup, a medium chopped onion, sliced l'il red taters, carrots, a bit o' Greek seasoning, a few soup cans of water, and a 5 lb pork loin roast, rubbed with extra virgin olive oil... Fired that dude up in the garage to save some heat in the house, and put the temp at 350, basting with it's own juices occasionaly, for 4 1/2 hours.

Then, a bit of my special ingredient.. a little bit of Tiger Sauce.... Deeeeelicious.
