Even though I am in some pain this week, I had some commitments to fulfill in SE Texas today, so off I went. The only thing that made it worthwhile was that when I arrived at my customers place in Bridge City, he was having a Crawfish Boil/Customer Appreciation evening. Ate my fill of the mudbugs, taters, corn and onions, and am now happily sitting in my hotel room, opening more from a grocery sack they sent home with me...

YUM YUM!!

Spicey is the soul of vegetarian.

We will be having salad (yes, always with the salad), baked potato, steamed carrots, and vegan pecan pie. No, you cannot tell the difference....wife fools 'em at the holidays every year.

1/2 a sandwich -- roast beef, provolone, pepper and onion melt on a sub roll...

little bit of cole slaw left, might have a bite or two of that.
