No medal needed. It just originally worked best for me to do it. Besides. she folds things different from me.

I know that game, too... If NK is like another I know, she folded that way purposely.. thereby not having to do it, anymore... :):)

That doesn't work at my house.  When I first started doing Mr. Trixie's laundry, he requested that I fold his shirts a certain way.  I did and have followed suit ever since.  It just works out better.

I do laundry, we both do folding, and each our own ironing. He's too picky so I told him I'm not doing his...

I'm pretty picky, also, which is why I took the chore on... I want it done the way I want it done, so it's easier to do it myself...

Ironing is another story.  It's done at the cleaners.  And the reason it's done at the cleaners is because I am not a good "ironess".

My favorite is "Bless her/his heart."

Use that and you can say anything about anybody. "She's so ugly, bless her heart." "He's so dumb, bless his heart." I automatically makes it okay to say something ugly.

...and Texie.. whether you are a good ironess or not.. as long as the shirts are .89-.99 a shirt to have done... it is hardly worth getting the iron board out.....

You are my HERO !!!!!

Ironing is against my religion............ :eyes:  Hasn't always been; I did lots of it during jr. high, high school, college, and early traveling days.  Now I use the services of a Laundry/Dry Cleaners when necessary.

Found out why hubby was wearing the same shirts. Many don't fit him now....must be mysteriously shrinking in the wash.
