My life? Alrighty then...here we go. Let's start with yesterday (Sunday)
Woke up, had coffee, read the paper and watched my favorite Sunday morning TV program, CBS Sunday Morning.
At 9:30 I got in the car and drove over to CVS for health and beauty necessities, Wal-Mart for kitty cat necessities (they are so much cheaper than Pet-Smart), and then to the grocery store. I got home around 12:30.
I wake up my husband (he works the night shift) so he could have coffee and some lunch. We had plans to work on the house, which we did. We got started around 2:00 PM. He is sanding and I'm priming.
At dark, around 6:00 PM, we go in and get cleaned up for supper. I am in the shower a whole thirty minutes because I can't get primer off my hands, feet, arms and hair. I know, I know...I'm messy.
At 7:00 we sit down for dinner and to watch the Cowboy game.
At 8:00 it's time to clean up the kitchen and dishes. My husband has gone back to bed for a short nap before he goes into work so I have to be extra quiet. That's o.k. because I've got time to get my clothes ready for the week ahead, make the coffee for the next morning, feed the kitties, clean cat boxes, fold the last of the laundry that I had been working on during the day. The Cowboy game is on in the background; that's when I head those rowdy Washington fans.
Around 9:30 my husband gets up and gets ready to go into work. I put his midnight supper together, kiss him goodbye and go to bed.
Monday:
5:30 AM, the alarm goes off along with the automatic Grind and Brew coffeemaker. There's nothing like the taste of coffee first thing. I shuffle through the house to the kitchen, feed the kitties, fix my coffee and shuffle back to my warm bed so I can watch the news for a few minutes. Around 6:30 I go into the bathroom and start the process of hair and makeup.
I leave the house at precisely at 7:30 AM. I work in an office where being late is frowned upon. And we begin work at 8:00 AM. It's noticed and noted for yearly evaluations. I am always in my chair at 7:55, waiting for the day to begin.
I take a break at 10:00 AM. I am a receptionist for an oil and gas company and the telephone/reception desk is never left unattended during work hours. I have a relief come to my desk and let me get out of the office for 15 minutes.
I go to lunch at 1:00 PM. No sooner or later. Today I had a ham sandwich with a handful of chips and iced tea.
It's now 3:44 PM and I'm working on some filing. At 4:00 I'll get another break.
At 5:00 I'll turn the switchboard off and get in my car and go home. It always takes me longer to get home than it does to get to work. I'll pull into the driveway at 5:33 PM where I will go in the house, greet my husband, pet the kitties and wonder what we're having for dinner.
There you go...

Ric, hon, I don't follow you here. What does Pool Lady have to do with anything?

Ah...I see...thanks for clearing that up for me. And yes, sometimes we do go to lunch. We'll have to do that here pretty soon.
I would never consider Pool Lady a friend anyway.

| BTW, Texie, I've been to Cafe Bella enough times so that the owner recognizes me. He even came sat at my table today. That's why I love to patronize local businesses...

Sal is a great guy. Just don't get him started on big corporations and Atmos Energy! He'll wear you out getting on his soap box.
We eat there often enough as well. The pizza is most excellent and when I go and don't feel like anything really heavy, I'll order the grilled chicken ceasar salad.
