Tacos vs burritos. It looks like the tacos have it!

Hey, how do you get your taco shells warm? Oven or microwave?

Actually.... When we prepare hard-shell tacos @ home?

The hot beef "rests" in the taco shell...... warming up the shell during mass-construction/production line operation .....

I love tacos too. THe lovely Ninja Kat makes the shells fresh from corn tortillas. Just getting her to make them as much as the son and I would like is a chore sometimes. Meat, cheese, and sour cream is the way we do them.

I have a taco rack I forget about using when I make the folded ones. (still talking about crunchy tacos) ..

so I just lay them on my pamper chef stone. but I normally like the flat shells better. I have nuked them too.

I warm the crunchy shells in the oven. I have a neato-burrito tortilla warmer I got at the fair last year. It's for the microwave. There's a guy at my busband's work that fusses that I heat them in the microwave. He says they have to be done on a skillet or over flame. Oh, well....it's much easier to wave 'em.
