Hey, Ric...thanks for the thread!  Since I've become a "Mrs." my time is not my own anymore (except here at work :grin:) and I don't get to play on the computer at home like I did at one time. 

My brisket was tender and yummy...I fixed the Chinese cole slaw and sliced up tomatoes.  The tomatoes are from Parker County, purchased at the Farmer's Market.
