In that case, it isn't Lost.

Looks like tonight we'll get reruns of the most recent two episodes before the break.  Good catch-up time, I suspect.

NEW SHOW next week !!! ( April 24th )

I'm not happy this Lost is the same time as ER.  But I'll get over it.  I will catch ER on reruns or online.

I'm ready for LOST!

WOW that was worth waiting for. But I guess they won't be spending as much on payroll if this keeps up. Lots of changes, lots of loss, and lots more questions. It is getting lots more interesting and next week looks great too.

I missed it all.  Had to be with my dog who is having complications from some surgery today.  Since my vet doesn't have 24/7 staff I had to take her from there to the Emergency Clinic ...  I'm sad.

I'll watch it tomorrow, but what were the highlights?  who fell under "Lots of loss?"

I didn't want to spoil it for any one who hadn't seen it.  If you want me to tell you PM me and I will tell.  But better to watch it unfold.  A very exciting episode.  Lots going on.

Jude - prayers for your beautiful dog.  Hope she improves soon.

I'm going to watch the episode again online - too much going on to get all the details.

Wow.  I'm off to read other boards to see what they thought.

which other sites about LOST do you go to.  I haven't found any that were really good, most were gossip sites, not my kind.

I read a scrapbooking discussion board that has lots of Lost fans.  They usually have links to other boards like  http://www.lostpedia.com and http://www.lost-forum.com.

But it is mainly girly talk.  You don't want to go there.  I'll let you know if there is anything interesting, I promise.

There have always been discussions ( or "spoilers" ) on each season's LOST thread here on DD. Don't read new posts if you haven't seen the most recent episodes

~ Okay, where / when did Benji get his Special Forces / Spy Dude skills ?!

~ When Sayid asked how he got off the Island, Ben said something about Desmond's boat, the Elizabeth.  What do we know about this boat ??  I don't remember anything specific.  Where has it been, and why couldn't others have left on it before now ??

~ And who knew he could call up the Evil ( but tonight, quite helpful  ) Black Smoke at will ?!

~ Something tells me that I'm not gonna look for Alex to reappear ( except in flashbacks ) like I keep hoping Charlie will.

~ In a past page, I remarked that the series might end with Desmond killing Penny's father.  So now I see Des stopping Benji from killing Pen, then offing Mr. Widmore.

~ What's the deal with the ship's Doctor ( no, not Bernie Kopell  ) ??  Who washed up on the beach, if not him ??  I knew someone would be able to decode the Morse message.  Yay, Bernard !! :shades:

~ Line of the night ( as usual, from Sawyer ) : "Whadya' say, on three ??"

I liked when Sawyer told Locke to not harm a curley hair on Hurley's head or he would kill him.  Who knew Sawyer would be so fond of Hurley?

Loved when Bernard interpreted the morse code.  But Bernie said something earlier in the episode that made me think "how did he know that?"  Can't remember what it was but I'm going to watch the episode again when I get a chance.  I'm thinking Bernard will be very important in the next episodes.

Did you notice how dirty Ben got when he called up the black smoke?  Makes me think the smoke comes from WITHIN him.

edited to add notes from that other board I read:

Interesting how Ben says "they changed the rules" after his daughter was shot.  Obviously Widmore is part of "they" but who else?

They were playing Risk in the house - Hurley says something about Australia being the key to the game.  Hmmmmm.

Did you catch that Ben had on a parka when he landed in the Saraha?  Maybe he had been in the Antartic before?  With the Polar Bears?  Then he went to Tunisia where the red headed helicopter girl found the polar bear skeleton?

Ok, I finally watched it.  Wow!  I'm so glad I started watching again, this was a really good one.  It was skipping in a few places so I missed the comment about Desmond's boat, the Elizabeth, unless it happened in another episode.  Reaching far back into memory.... what was the name of the boat that took Walt?  Has that already been explained?  I did skip a season.

That doc sure was cut up, wasn't he?  What's with the stitches on the cheek?

And... what's wrong with Jack?  Stomach thing and all?  I must have missed an episode that explained it?

Ben/smokey thing... he WAS pretty sooted up afterwards and it made me recall an old Sci-Fi series by Peirs Anthony.  Death Rides a Pale Horse, or something like that.  An earthly body would assume the persona of "death" when the old death passed on... this would be a huge sci-fi stretch, but Ben could actually be "death" now and he's made some sort of deal or tricked old death <Penny's father?>  Maybe the island is hell on earth and old death wants it back?    Ben made a deal with the devil and lost and that's why Penny's dad is trying so hard to get him and re-find the island?  He said it was always his...  I'm sure not, but it's fun speculating!

Knot and Cliff, thanks for the wishes... she's still at the vet today after I transported her back from the Emergency Clinnic.  Not much major blood loss and a transfusion wasn't required but I don't know if I can have her back tonight.  I hope so.  I really miss her a lot and it's been a trying few days.

the comment about the boat was a ruse..a lie.

Ben used some sort of matter transmitter to beam over to the sahara desert. Just like they did with that polar bear that was found in the episode earlier this season.
