~ Best line of the night ( from Sun to her father ) :

So now you will respect me.  Yeah !!!! Loved that scene !!! :shades:

Something tells me that Sun's father would get along well with Mr. Widmore..........

So does Jin get blown up in destroying all the C4 on the freighter ??  Or do he & Sun decide that he should stay on the Island to escape Mr. Paik's power/influence ??

~ Omigosh, I wouldn't have recognized Veronica Hamel without seeing her name in the opening credits !!  But I guess the ravages of grief took their toll on her character......

~ So, Jack does find out that Claire is/was his half sister.  Still very weird that she walked away into the jungle and left Aaron behind. :soso:

~ Interesting "official" info about crashing in the water, huh ??  I scribbled down the names of those Indonesian islands; gotta try & Google them..........

~ What's at the bottom of the elevator in the Orchard ??

~ So where have Richard & his people been hanging out ??

~ Was that a bag of Cluck Cluck Chicken ( his former employer ) in Hurley's hands ??

Something tells me that Sun's father would get along well with Mr. Widmore.......... If sun was able to buy a controlling interest in the company that must have been SOME SETTLEMENT from the airlines.  More than most would have been, or it isn't such a big company after all.

But I guess the ravages of grief took their toll on her character......Age can do that to you, she isn't 25 any more.

~ So, Jack does find out that Claire is/was his half sister.  Still very weird that she walked away into the jungle and left Aaron behind. :soso: Remember at the finale last season, Jack went nutso about going back to the island,  WE HAVE TO GO BACK,....  well maybe now that he knows Claire is his sister he "has" to go back and find her.  Jack seemed to be doing pretty good since he came home, now we see his decent into hell starting.  He must not be in heaven after all.

~ Interesting "official" info about crashing in the water, huh ??  I scribbled down the names of those Indonesian islands; gotta try & Google them..........
They may have had to come up with those names if the island has indeed been moved and they can't find it any longer.  How else can they explain only 6 surviviors and no island.

~ What's at the bottom of the elevator in the Orchard ??

~ So where have Richard & his people been hanging out ?? Mabye they beamed back on the island.  They could "beam" off the island, maybe they are back now.

~ Was that a bag of Cluck Cluck Chicken ( his former employer ) in Hurley's hands ??
Poor Hurley can't get away from those numbers.

The only one of the Oceanic 6 on board the boat was Sun.  On the helicoptor in the previews of next week, we see how many more.  I am just trying to see when the 6 come together.

I don't remember who the young lady was that Sayaid met after they landed.  I can't place her.  WHo is she?

Ben gave himself up but he signaled the troops who must have come down and saved him as we see him in pretty good shape in the previews saying he is going to be on the helicoptor with them. Guess they took out the commando guys.  don't you just want to punch the big guy with the "bomb" strapped on his arm?  He is really a vile character.  YOu almost wish you could put him and Ben in a cage and watch them destroy each other.

You know how the island heals people? Is that why Jack wants to go back? He goes back to his drug/alcohol/mental problems when he's off the island but he's healed when he's there?

I was trying to figure out who the others on the little boat were, never could get a good look at their faces.

I agree about "poor Hurley"  no wonder he ends up in a mental hosp.  Those numbers are haunting him.

Loved how Sun put her father in his place.

Hmmm, anybody else notice that the "rescue" ship didn't have much freeboard? Only about 5 feet or so from water surface to deck. I really noticed it when the zodiac boat came up alongside the ship and the shorty wood & rope ladder was thrown over the side.

Looks like it was made for inland waterways, not ocean travel. I don't think I'd want to be on that tub in rough seas.

Good observation, Chowdadi.  I do recall ( now that you mentioned it  ) the short distance to the deck when that ladder was thrown over.............

Pre-bumpage for Thursday night ~

I think we'll get one repeat hour ( 7:00 ), then the two-hour Season Finale ( 8:00 ).

I saw an interview with the guy who plays Sawyer. He was asked how he felt about not being one of the Oceanic 6, He said he preferred the outdoors to the flash backs and flash forwards of the others. He said he liked being on the island. He then went on about next year, and how his role is "dark". SO he will be back, from what he said, there are still lots of them on the island and he is one of them. So maybe we will see some of the 6 going back and forth next year.

Also in the finale we find out who is in the casket. Of those that we know got off the island that were not part of the Oceanic 6 are, Ben, Michael, and Desmond. So who will it be? Any guesses?

I'm ready for the LOST-A-Thon tomorrow night, BBS.  Easy dinner is planned to cook in advance, wine is chillin!

I have a neighbor that is a Lostie, too.  She has the first 2 or 3 seasons on DVD and had been studying while she walks on her treadmill.  I feel so inadequite, she asks me questions and I never remember the answer.  She is SO into that show!  But it is fun to have someone to talk about it with.  My son watches too.  I asked him if he wanted to come over for dinner & watch, but he said he wanted to watch the last hour in bed.

There is another disc. board I frequent and they usually post spoiler  sites, but I've been too busy to read it lately so I don't know any secrets.

I hear that Target has season 3 for about $27, I'm thinking about buying it for the summer.  My friend says she saw seasons 1 & 2 at 1/2 price books for about that same price, I may go snatch them up.  It would be fun to really catch up this summer (while walking on my treadmill like my friend does) and be really ready for the new season, when ever it happens.

I'll be looking for you to post after the season finale!
