And look at who he's had as his front guys:   He got rid of Doug Melvin who was very good with the media and hired John Hart who HATED the dallas media....so he didn't have anyone out selling the team.

JD is a nice enough guy, but he's not a salesman like Cuban or Jones.    So the perception is: the Rangers don't care about winning.   Whether that's right or wrong is irrelevent.   And if you're not winning, you need some sort of feeling they're going to do something about it.
