No television, only a small radio tuned to an unknown station. Sitting on the back porch of a ranch house with a couple of friends in the middle of nowhere, but near Centerville. Eric Nadel's call and sound of crickets and frogs will be a fond memory for the rest of my days. I'm almost glad we couldn't watch it on tv. There was just something very special about the whole scene.

Bowling alley bar, loud and crowded! Hat a great seat at the bar with friends! Stayed for the whole game!
What a fun time! I'll never forget it.

No, I did not see the game in person because I was still at Woodstock.

We were at home; my husband was getting ready for work, lamenting that he would have to listen to the rest of the game on the radio. I watched from our TV and could not help but well up with tears of joy.

I was at Humperdinks in Addison at a Ranger watching party. I did get to see game 2 a few days earlier, but I sure wish I had been The Ballpark for game 6. Man, do I wish I had been there.

I was at a great bar in FW, the Capital Bar, with 10+ of my wonderful, "old" sorority sisters from TCU for our reunion weekend. We watched the last 4 innings on a big screen, then went outside to hear the most fun band in the Metroplex (now that Rusty doesn't play anymore). It was one of the most fun nights I've had in a long time....old friends and lots to celebrate!

Oh PS, my son saw the game in person. Just a few rows behind home plate, behind a row of Giants scouts!

Watched the game quietly at home, with my 5-year-old daughter - who kept asking questions about strike zones and such.
The kid is going to be fine.
