I am going to try KnotLazy's recipe for London Broiled Flank Steak, I love Grilled Flank steak and the idea of a new way to cook it intrigues me. I would have NEVER thought of mixing the two main ingredients together as the recipe says. But I'm like Mikey, I'll eat most anything once.

2 pounds flank steak
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup

:pot:

Not my recipe, just found it by google.  I have never tried the tomato soup with the mushroom.  But I do frequently use the mushroom on pot roast.  This week, I had a pork roast in the freezer - popped it in the crockpot with carrots, potatoes & onion, and used a can of C of Mush with roasted garlic - it was yummy!  Smelled so good while cooking that Peanut and I were hungry all day.

How did you like it, glenn?

I have an easy, easy recipe to add:

Easy Muffins

1 Carrot Cake cake mix (or any other cake mix you want to try)
1 can Pumpkin
1/2 cup water

Mix the dry ingredients of the cake mix, pumpkin, and water together. Fill cupcakes with batter. Bake in 350 degree over for 20-25 minutes (until tester comes out clean)

Yield: 12 muffins
