I was over at Dad's about a month ago and picked up a bunch of books that I hadn't read and grabbed a hand full of Vince Flynn novels that he thought I would like.

MAN DO I EVER!!!!!

He has a series with a character named Mitch Rapp who works for the CIA, and they are awesome books.

The first one I read, Executive Power, I couldn't put down, almost 500 pages and I read it in a day and a half.

I started reading Memorial Day last week and it is just as good, blew through 100 pages of it last night.

If you like Luddlum, Clancey, etc....you will really like these books.  They are very fast paced, deal with a lot of current day events and are non-stop from start to finish, not to mention Mitch Rapp is a complete BAD-ASS!!!!

Stoli, you should read Term Limits. I think that was Flynns first book in the series, although Rapp isn't in it.

I've read all of them except the newest one. I'm picking up a copy at half-price books this weekend before I leave for Orlando Sunday afternoon.

I have read them all so far. Just gave my collection to the Goodwill, in preparation for moving Tuesday. I really like this series. I liked Term Limits a lot, it was the first. I really could see some disgruntled folks doing what the book talks about.

Vince Flynn Rocks.

My hardcover has a silver jacket.  I did a google photo's search, and one of the paperback releases is red.

Kennedy is AWESOME!!!!  She has a junk-yard dog in Rapp and is not afraid to let him off the leash.

Thank you for the suggestion.  I have been ready to start a list of books from a new author.  Have enjoyed all of Clive Cussler's books.
